  A couple years ago I stopped here and the views were breath taking. But I drive by now because it is never open. Seems it's always closed for remodeling or Construction. That really sucks when you're extremely tired and need a rest area only to find out it's closed and the next one comes in 50 miles. It's also very dangerous... TN needs to get it open again quickly!!!

  Very difficult to find. The viewing platform for the bats is very small. But, it's worth it to see the endangered Gray Bat.
